【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverssolidnonload-bearingandload-bearingprecastconcretewallunitsmadefromautoclavedaeratedconcrete.Precastautoclavedaeratedconcrete(AAC)isacementitiousproductbasedoncalciumsilicatehydratesinwhichlowdensityisattainedbytheinclusionofanagentresultinginmacroscopicvoidsandissubjectedtohigh-pressuresteamcuring.Theprecastautoclavedaeratedconcretewallunitsarelarge-sizesolidrectangularprisms,whicharetobelaidusingthin-bedmortar.InstalledunitscoveredbythisspecificationshallbeprotectedagainstdirectexposuretomoistureusingacoatingmaterialacceptedbytheAACmanufacturer.1.2Therawmaterialsusedintheproductionofprecastautoclavedaeratedconcreteareportlandcement,quartzsand,water,lime,gypsumoranhydrite,andanagentresultinginmacroscopicvoids.Thequartzsandusedasarawmaterialmaybereplacedbyasiliceousfineaggregateotherthansand,andusuallyisgroundtoafinepowderbeforeuse.Flyashmaybeusedasasandreplacement.Thebatchedrawmaterialsaremixedthoroughlytogethertoformaslurry.Theslurryiscastintosteelmolds.Duetothechemicalreactionsthattakeplacewithintheslurry,thevolumeexpands.Aftersetting,andbeforehardening,themassismachinecutintounitsofvarioussizes.Theunitsthenaresteam-curedunderpressureinautoclaveswherethematerialistransformedintoahardcalciumsilicate.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection8,Section9,andSection10.
