【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedtoprovideguidanceforanassessortoevaluatemeasurementpracticesoflaboratories,theirprotocolforstatisticallyanalyzingtheresultingdatafromthesepractices,andtheirstatisticalresultsfromthesepractices.Thisguideisgenericinthesensethatitcoverstheentirerangeofin-housequalitymeasurementpracticesfoundinatestinglaboratory,buttheresultsofthedescribedevaluationmaybeusedbyaccreditingagenciesiftheirrequirementscanbesatisfiedthroughthelaboratory’existingqualitydata.Itisnottheintentofthisguidetoserveassolecriterionforevaluatingandaccreditinglaboratories.Itisnotintendedtocovertheimportantgenericguidelinesforevaluatingthelaboratory’qualityprogramwhichcanbefoundinPracticeE548andGuideE994.1.1Thisguidecoverskeyelementsofanevaluationofalaboratory'smeasurementpracticesandthestatisticalanalysisoftheresultingdata.Thisguideaddressesanevaluationthatcoversabroadrangeofin-housequalitymeasurements,someofwhichmaybedirectlyrelatedtoaccreditationrequirements.1.2Thisguidedescribeswhattolookforasdocumentationinordertoverifytheoperationofthepractices,andwhatpartsofthedatatotestandinterpretinordertoverifythequalityofdatabeinggeneratedbythelaboratory.1.3Thisguidedoesnotspecifyorprovideguidancefortheestablishmentorassessmentofaqualityprogram.Note1GenericguidelinesdealingwithelementsofaqualityprogrammaybefoundinANSI,A1,A3,Q1,Q2,Z34.1;ISO9000-9004;andILAC/ISOCollectedReports1979-1983.
