【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC60287isapplicabletotheconditionsofsteady-stateoperationofcablesatallalternatingvoltages,anddirectvoltagesupto5kV,burieddirectlyintheground,inducts,troughsorinsteelpipes,bothwithandwithoutpartialdrying-outofthesoil,aswellascablesinair.Theterm"steadystate"isintendedtomeanacontinuousconstantcurrent(100%loadfactor)justsufficienttoproduceasymptoticallythemaximumconductortemperature,thesurroundingambientconditionsbeingassumedconstant.Thissectionprovidesformulaeforcurrentratingsandlosses.Theformulaegivenareessentiallyliteralanddesignedlyleaveopentheselectionofcertainimportantparameters.Thesemaybedividedintothreegroups:-parametersrelatedtoconstructionofacable(forexample,thermalresistivityofinsulatingmaterial)forwhichrepresentativevalueshavebeenselectedbasedonpublishedwork;-parametersrelatedtothesurroundingconditions,whichmayvarywidely,theselectionofwhichdependsonthecountryinwhichthecablesareusedoraretobeused;-parameterswhichresultfromanagreementbetweenmanufactureranduserandwhichinvolveamarginforsecurityofservice(forexample,maximumconductortemperature).
