【摘要】:ThisEuropeanPrestandardspecifiesatestmethodfordeterminingthecontributionoffireprotectionsystemstothefireresistanceofstructuralconcrete/profiledsheetsteelcompositemembersorslabs.Theconcretecanbelightweight,normal-weightorheavy-weightconcreteandofstrengthclasses20/25(LC/C/HC)to50/60(LC/C/HC).Themethodisapplicabletoallfireprotectionsystemsusedfortheprotectionofsuchstructuralcompositemembersorslabsandincludessprayedfireprotection,coatings,claddingprotectionsystemsandmulti-layerorcompositefireprotectionmaterials.Thetestmethodanditsassessmentprocedurearedesignedtopermitdirectapplicationoftheresultstocoverarangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionmaterial.Thetestmethodisonlyapplicabletofireprotectionsystemswhicharefixeddirectlytotheundersideoftheconcrete/steelcompositememberorslab.Fireprotectionsystemswherethefireprotectionmaterialisnotattacheddirectlytothecompositemember,leadingtoacontinuouscavitybetweentheconcrete/steelcompositememberandthefireprotectionsystemofsizegreaterthan5mmisthesubjectofENV13381-1.ThisEuropeanPrestandardcontainsthefiretestwhichspecifiesthetestswhichshallbecarriedouttodeterminetheabilityofthefireprotectionsystemtoremaincoherentandfixedtothecompositememberandtoprovidedataonthetemperaturesofthesteelsheet,throughoutthedepthoftheconcrete(forextendedapplicationpurposes)andtheunexposedsurfaceoftheconcrete,whenexposedtothestandardtemperature/timecurveaccordingtotheproceduresdefinedherein.Inspecialcircumstances,wherespecifiedinnationalbuildingregulations,therecanbeaneedtosubjectreactiveprotectionmaterialtoasmoulderingcurve.ThetestforthisandthespecialcircumstancesforitsusearedetailedinannexA.Thefiretestmethodologymakesprovisionforthecollectionandpresentationofdatawhichcanbeusedasdirectinputtothecalculationoffireresistanceofconcrete/steelcompositemembersinaccordancewiththeproceduresgiveninENV1994-1-2.ThisEuropeanPrestandardalsocontainstheassessmentwhichprescribeshowtheanalysisofthetestdatashouldbemadeandgivesguidancetotheproceduresbywhichinterpolationshouldbeundertaken.Thelimitsofapplicabilityoftheresultsoftheassessmentarisingfromthefiretestaredefined,togetherwithpermitteddirectapplicationoftheresultstodifferentsteel/concretecompositestructures,steeltypesandthicknesses,concretedensities,strengths,thicknessesandproductiontechniquesovertherangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionsystemtested.
