【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthepolyunsaturated(≥4doublebonds)fattyacid(PUFA)methylesterscontentoffattyacidmethylester(FAME)asawholebetween0,6%(m/m)and1,5%(m/m).Themethodcoversthepredominantfourpolyunsaturatedfattyacidmethylestersofeicosatetraenoicacid(C20:4(n-6)),eicosapentaenoicacid(C20:5(n-3)),docosapentaenoicacid(C22:5(n-3),anddocosahexaenoicacid(C22:6(n-3)).StudieshaveindicatedthatbasedonthelinearityofresultsfromthisEuropeanStandard,PUFAmethylesterscanbedeterminedinFAMEintherangebetween0,3%(m/m)to3,0%(m/m).However,theprecisionwasnotestablishedinthatrange,asnosampleswithintheupperrangeswhereincludedinthefinalinterlaboratorytest(see10.1).Althoughthemethodisapplicabletoalluses,itispredominantlyforFAMEforuseindieselengines.NOTE1Forthepurposesofthisdocument,theterm“%(m/m)”isusedtorepresentthemassfractionofamaterial.NOTE2ThisEuropeanStandardisbasedonA.O.C.SOfficialMethodCe1b-89
