【摘要】:Thisstandarddefinesdegreesofweldabilityandbrazeabilityformaterialsorfamiliesofmaterialsusedintheaerospaceindustry.Itcomprisesaseriesofsheets,bymaterialsorbymaterialfamilies,which:a)indicatethemaintitles,thetypicalchemicalcompositionandthemaincharacteristics;b)containrecommendationsforweldingandbrazing;c)indicateadegreeofweldabilityorbrazeabilityforagivenprocessunderdefinedconditions;d)indicateavalueofthemechanicalstrengthcoefficientoftheweldedjointforeachweldingprocess,whenitcouldbeextractedfrombibliographicreferencesreferringtoit.Thejointcoefficientisexpressedasaratioofthetensilestrengthoftheweldedjointtothetensilestrengthofthebasealloy.Todefinepreheatingconditions,itrecommendsEN1011-2recommendations.Theseconditionsdependonthecalculationofcarbonequivalent,weldingenergyperunitlength,thickness,arcweldingprocessandhydrogenrateinfillermetal.Itisapplicablewithoutrestrictionforthemanufacturingofnewpartsorforrepair.
