【摘要】:ThistestmethodisofsignificanceinmakingafinaldeterminationoftheacceptabilityoffineaggregateswithrespecttotherequirementsofSpecificationC33concerningorganicimpurities.Thistestmethodisapplicabletothosesampleswhich,whentestedinaccordancewithTestMethodC40,haveproducedasupernatantliquidwithacolordarkerthanstandardcolorplateNo.3orcolorsolution.ManyspecificationsprovidefortheacceptanceoffineaggregateproducingadarkercolorintheTestMethodC40test,whentestingbythistestmethodindicatesthestrengthofthemortarcubespreparedwiththeunwashedfineaggregateiscomparabletothestrengthofmortarcubesmadewiththewashedfineaggregate.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheeffectonmortarstrengthoftheorganicimpuritiesinfineaggregate,whosepresenceisindicatedusingTestMethodC40.Comparisonismadebetweencompressivestrengthsofmortarmadewithwashedandunwashedfineaggregate.1.2TheSIvaluesshownaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundvaluesshowninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Warning8212;Freshhydrauliccementitousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoexposedskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.)178;
